Captain’s Mule – Our thirst-quenching twist on the classic Moscow Mule… New Amsterdam Vodka, splash of soda mixed with Elixir G ginger syrup and lime.*Option to sub Vodka for Tequila or Bourbon

Lana’i Tai – A Mai Tai done the Trilogy way – Mango Rum, Orgeat, Fresh lime, Elixir G ginger syrup, pineapple juice and a float of Potter’s Dark Rum.

Good Ol’ Fashioned – Redemption Bourbon, agave syrup, splash of water, Watkins bitters.

Lahaina Sunrise – Camarena Reposado Tequila, Ginger ale, POG juice, splash of Elixir G ginger syrup and lime.

808 Margarita – Camarena Reposado Tequila, agave syrup, pineapple juice and a dash of bitters.  (808 is the area code encompassing Hawaii.)

Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time, at the main loading dock.

Please show your ID (21+) at check-in if you are planning to enjoy Trilogyʻs signature cocktails.

Departs from Lahaina Harbor, main loading dock (meet at the loading dock for check in 30 min before departure)

PARKING

• 116 Prison St. Parking Lot
• Lahaina, HI 96761

Parking is complimentary at 116 Prison St. Please plan to park at least 30 min. prior to your departure time. You may need to advise the parking attendant that you are parking for the Lāhainā Homecoming Trilogy Community Sail.

Due to the Lāhainā Homecoming festival, we anticipate the area to be quite busy and suggest allowing yourself extra time to find parking in case the Prison St. lot is full.

Additionally, there is also parking available for the event in general (free and paid) at the Hongwanji, Baptist Shaw St., Kamehameha Ike, and the Baldwin Home lot.
